The engineering management and systems engineering programs that GW offers at two off-campus sites for employees of engineering and technical organizations are intended to complement technical knowledge with managerial skill. These programs develop leaders for technically oriented organizations and prepare them for the challenges of the future. The CICR Program

The Department of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering, and the China Industrial & Commercial Research Institute (CICR), collaborate to offer graduate courses in Taipei, Taiwan, Republic of China. These courses lead to The George Washington University Master of Science degree in Engineering Management with an area of concentration in Engineering and Technology Management.
